How many times have you told people
For them you would pray?
When never intending to do so
But it sounded like the right thing to say
Today will soon be yesterday
And tomorrow be today
So live like your going to die
Before life slips away
So tonight before you fall asleep
And as you begin to pray
Change the way you approach life
And act on what you say
